I have started consuming Matcha recently because of its health benefits. When I tried to drink it as a tea (brewed just with hot water), I didn't liked the taste. I searched to find other ways to use Matcha and I found great recipes. Now, I am using if in my baking and smoothies. The Midori Spring Organic Matcha has a great quality since it has a nice bright green color. I learned that the color is one of the indications of a good Matcha.
