I was so excited to receive this pastry scraper and chopper since it is a very useful tool to have in the my kitchen especially when I want to bake cookies.This pastry scraper and chopper is made of high quality material and is very durable. The metal part is high grade stainless steel while the handle is made of non-slip rubber for easy and comfortable handling. The blade is sharp and sturdy which makes it fast and safe to chop vegetables or cut pastries. It has a good size. I am very happy with the product and found it extremely useful for my kitchen.
