The Veda Yoga mat has extra comfort because of its thickness which provides additional cushioning. It is lightweight. It does not slip due to the grip and traction. It has a good size that provides enough space for me not to contact with the bare floor if I am exercising at home. I like the purple color of it. It is made of high-quality foam. I washed it once and let it air dry. It was back to the original shape and look when got dried. I am pleased with this product and would recommend it to any friend.
