This was my first time that I tried salt water powered lights and I was interested to see how these lights work since I remember when I was a kid, we had a similar experiment in our middle school chemistry class with salt water and a small lamp.
The quality of these lights is very nice. I like the design. The instruction to use these lights is very clear and simple. You just need to add 300ml water and 15g salt to water tank and press the black button to turn these lights on. These lights have two different modes, flash and steady on. The light colors are red, yellow, green and blue. They look so nice. I like that these lights are environment friendly.
In the instruction, it says that saline water needs to be replaced every 7 days under 24 hours working condition and the life time for Mg bar under 24 hours working condition is 35 days. Mg bar is consumable and if runs out, you can contact the dealer to purchase it. Overall, I like these lights and I recommend them. They are a very nice gift for children who are interested in science.
