The color outside is blue and inside is white. It is machine washable. I used this pad almost every day from when I received it. I love it so much. It is very easy and convenient to use. The quality and design is very nice. It has 6 heat setting. The temperature heat levels range from 95 to 140 F. It feels great when I am using it. It is very soft. It is made of ultra soft micro plush material. I usually use it when I am studying for long hours and put this pad on my legs. It is very relaxing and when the weather is cold, feels great to have it. It is very easy to change the temperature. The size is perfect to use it on legs, abdomen or shoulders. It can be used for shoulder pain, back pain, or cramping. I use it just to keep my legs warm and the feeling is so relaxing. It helps me to concentrate to study.
